Application:
This machine is suitable for slitting rolling materials such as:
1. Paper, Sachet Paper, DDP Paper, Kraft Paper, Straw Paper;
2. Medical Tape Surface;
3. BOPP, PVC, PE film;
4. Copper Foil, Aluminum Foil; Laminated TPU;
5. Non-woven Fabrics, Cloth, Insulation Material

- Control: 1 Servo motor control, automatic taper tension, the center surface coiling method;
- Load: manual loading/ auto loading selectable(customers choose their own configuration);
- Unwinding: constant tension magnetic powder control system for tension control;
- Slitting: round knife (film using flat knife structure) slitting waste automatic discharge device;
- Correction: photoelectric auto error-correction;
- Knife wiping device: removing the adhesive on the knife, keep slitting neat and clean;
- Static Eliminator: eliminate static, prevents the slitting material from sticking to the roller(depending on material);
- Rewinding: A, B inflatable shaft structure, back-style rewinding, loading and unloading easy operation;
- Shaft: pneumatic automatic shaft / hydraulic automatic shaft-free structure (customers choose their own configuration);
- Meter Counting: Automatic meter counting for alarm or auto-stop;
- Roller: Steel roller/ rubber roller/ cork-covered roller (depending on material), provides greater friction to prevent slipping.
