This type machine is the most ideal machine for adhesive label slitting and die cutting.
It have other functions such as: automatic inspection, automatic correcting, automatic counter etc, can be finished in once process.
- Die cutting speed can reach to 120m/min.Max die cutting width reach to 350mm
- Air shaft rewinding with turret.
- 1",1.5",2", 3" tube all can be used for this type machine.
- Taper tension controller adopted for more friendly tension control of unwinding and rewinding unit .
- Web guide uses simulation web guide, higher anti-interference,simple and fast, strong anti-interference.
- Unit type rotary die cutting function with higher precision, can cut label with thin liner reach to 40gsm
- Synchronous belt transmission, can assure the noise much smaller and keep machine running in high speed.
