Use
This type high speed slitting machine is our matured innovation and it is also the most suitable machine for high speed and precision demand of the jumbo roller material slitting and rewinding, such as: self-adhesive material ,paper stick ,cardboard, laminated material .
Characteristic
· Max 700m/min high speed.
· Automatic shaft-less loading for jumbo roll, 76mm+152mm mechanical chuck
· Loading the roll from the floor / lifting table (lift)
· Auto-centering of the roll on unwinding
· Ultrasonic web edge sensor - (E+L)
· "Dancing shaft" with tension control system.
· 10 sets pneumatic circular knife, semi automatic blade set for pneumatic knife: up and lower knife (option). Can be full automatic (option).
· 22kw big power servo motor control the unwinding tension.
· Overhead material path to prevent the gum dripping.
· Machine body processing by CNC ,ensure the whole machine precision and stability.
· Solve the problem of snake shape of finished product surface.
· Double-bead duplex friction shaft adopted, 76 mm, 120 mm, 152 mm heavy duty type
· Max. number of coiled rolls up to 22 pcs. Individual pressure for each roll. Set of fasteners and pressure rollers for winding formats from 74 mm to 1600 mm. Automatic tension control with pressure roll.

· Trim unit, air suction device (trim extraction with venturi)
