Use:

This type high speed slitting machine was custom made for the aluminum, laminate aluminum material, medical material, pet film etc. slitting and rewinding, owing the characteristic of high precision, high speed, more evenness and easy operation.


Characteristic:
 

1. Control system adopted Panasonic PLC, according to to the slitting demand, it have the  the touch screen set and monitor the working status. The system own the function of : up and down in fixed speed, auto stop, meter counter, data preservation etc.
2. The unwinding tension contro adotepd Panasonic PLC, detected by encoder, which can assure the constant tension.
3. The Web guiding adopted simulation EPC.
4. Loading adopted shafteless system, pneumatic position. Which can improve efficiency, and prevent the paper tube distortion.
5. Main AC motor adopted ABB motor with Yaskawa vector inverter control, rewinding tension was controller by the ABB motor independtly, adopt the Yaskawa vector motor driving independtly, according to the rewinding diameter to calculate automatically by PLC to acheiev the rewinding tension taper control.
6. Rewinding arm adopt the pneumatic control, which can lift up and down freely according to the different material.
7. Machine can adopt both shear knife and razor knife.
